Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to strengthen internal operating rhythms, improve cross-functional coordination, and support scalable execution across Solutionara’s growing consulting business.
This role is ideal for someone who can:
- Translate business priorities into clear operating plans
- Coordinate across leadership, delivery, sales, hiring, and finance teams
- Track performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and follow-through
- Improve processes without creating unnecessary complexity
- Support a fast-moving startup environment with strong ownership
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Execution
- Manage day-to-day operating cadences, action trackers, and leadership follow-ups
- Support planning, reporting, and coordination across strategic initiatives
- Identify process gaps and implement practical improvements across teams
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and business updates for leadership reviews
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with delivery, sales, HR, finance, and operations stakeholders
- Ensure commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions are clearly documented
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and operational workflows with measurable outcomes
- Help teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and ownership
Process & Performance Management
- Define lightweight operating processes that improve consistency and visibility
- Track business KPIs, utilization indicators, hiring needs, and operational blockers
- Maintain process documentation, templates, and internal reporting artifacts
- Support continuous improvement across internal systems and workflows
Required Skills
- Experience in business operations, program coordination, consulting operations, or a similar role
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive practical next steps
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, project trackers, and reporting tools
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
